Apollo Group TV provides a streaming subscription platform accessible through a companion app across supported devices, as described on our Devices page.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscription terms, device tiers, and pricing are described on our Subscription page. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the price presented to you at the time of purchase.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent account or device limits associated with your plan
• Share account access beyond what your subscription permits
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service

The Apollo Group TV name, logo, app, and website are the property of Apollo Group TV and may not be used without permission.

The Service is designed to run on a range of third-party devices and platforms. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party hardware or operating systems.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apollo Group TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
